Anodizing:
Anodizing is a process used to protect aluminum from abrasion and
corrosion and to allow it to be dyed in a wide range of colors. The
process derives its name from the fact that the part to be treated
forms the anode portion of an electrical circuit in this
electrolytic process. The aluminum oxide film is grown from and into
the surface of the aluminum.
We
have a lab which allows us to do liquid test all the time to ensure
the quality of the chemical quality.
We
hang up the material by the vertical way to prevent the liquid
remain inside the material.
The maximum length we can process is 6.5m.
We
guarantee that our quality of aluminum oxide film must confirm to
CNS standards and the thickness of the
finished products must reach above 10μm.
With efficient services of classification, package and delivery,
we therefore can deliver clients' products in the shortest time.
